Women’s Yoga Circle
Yoga classes are about people. They are about community. As a community we are making the experience of class happen together. We gather to take time for ourselves and enjoy Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to assist in aligning our bodies, hearts and minds with the changes occurring around us.
The Women’s Circle is an opportunity to take time out of our hurried and speeding life to connect to our inner wisdom to feel more liberated. It’s a time for regenerating, recharging, renewing and finding balance from a busy word. Be inspired and laugh, invigorate your body, quiet your mind, relax into your inner wisdom, and feel supported in the heartfelt company of other women.
Practicing the postures, breathing exercises and meditation makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit. Many people come to yoga class to help with anxiety, arthritis, asthma, back pain, blood pressure, chronic fatigue, depression, diabetes, headaches, stress and other conditions. Most importantly, people practice to connect with their authentic selves towards connecting to sustainable happiness and peace of mind. Come along and find out for yourself!
All levels are warmly welcomed. No yoga/meditation experience required. Yoga is about listening to your body and working within it’s range of movement and strength. Students can work at their own level and variations of postures are given. Please bring a yoga mat and comfortable clothing. Come ready to have some fun! Delicious snacks and teas will be provided
